These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all use of the Zenvaroo website located at www.zenvaroo.com (the "Site") and all purchases of products made through the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site.

By accessing the Site or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or place any orders.

2. Contracting Parties

The contract for the purchase of products is entered into between:

  • Seller: Zenvaroo Beauty, operating at www.zenvaroo.com, reachable at learnmore@zenvaroo.com.
  • Buyer / Customer: The individual or entity placing an order through the Site, as identified by the billing and shipping information provided at checkout.

3. Eligibility to Use

To use this Site and place orders, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • Not be located in a region where the purchase or receipt of our products is prohibited by applicable law;

Zenvaroo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these eligibility requirements or who violates these Terms.

Zenvaroo makes every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note the following:

  • Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage instructions are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice as formulations are updated.

5. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. Zenvaroo reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time without prior notice.

In the event that a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly by email and offer you the choice of a substitute product, a store credit, or a full refund.

6. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. The total price payable, including all applicable taxes, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout confirmation.
  • For customers in the European Union and other VAT-applicable regions, VAT or equivalent taxes will be included in the displayed price or itemized at checkout as required by local law.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by their country of residence that are not collected by Zenvaroo at checkout.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Zenvaroo ships to eligible countries as listed on our Shipping Policy page. Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders meeting a minimum order value threshold, as communicated on the Site at the time of purchase.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • Zenvaroo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the Customer.

8. Payment Methods & Billing

Zenvaroo accepts the following payment methods:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal and PayPal Pay Later
  • Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Other payment methods as displayed at checkout

Payment is charged at the time of order placement. All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Zenvaroo does not store full payment card details on its servers.

Billing disputes must be raised with Zenvaroo directly at learnmore@zenvaroo.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

9. How to Place an Order

To place an order on the Zenvaroo Site:

  • Browse our product catalog and add desired items to your shopping cart;
  • Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and billing information;
  • Review your order summary, including product details, quantities, pricing, taxes, and shipping costs;
  • Select your preferred payment method and complete payment;
  • Submit your order by clicking the "Place Order" or equivalent confirmation button.

10. Order Confirmation & Contract Formation

A legally binding contract between you and Zenvaroo is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email explicitly confirming that your order has been accepted and is being processed.

An order acknowledgment email (confirming receipt of your order) does not constitute acceptance of your order. Zenvaroo reserves the right to decline any order after acknowledgment, in which case you will receive a full refund of any amounts charged.

11. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Zenvaroo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activity;
  • Errors in product pricing or description on the Site;
  • Product unavailability;
  • Failure of payment authorization;
  • Shipping restrictions to the Customer's location;
  • Violation of these Terms by the Customer.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

12. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which you receive the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Notify us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear written statement to learnmore@zenvaroo.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires;
  • Include your order number, name, and the products you wish to return.

Effects of withdrawal: Upon valid withdrawal, Zenvaroo will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which have been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., opened cosmetics, lip products, skincare items);
  • Goods that have been clearly personalized or customized;
  • Goods that have deteriorated or been damaged due to Customer handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Return shipping costs for withdrawal are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.

13. Complaints & Warranty

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.

How to submit a complaint:

  • Email us at learnmore@zenvaroo.com with the subject line "Complaint – [Order Number]";
  • Describe the issue in detail and, where applicable, include photographs of the product;
  • Our customer care team will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a resolution within 7 business days.

Statutory Warranty: All products sold by Zenvaroo are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity applicable in your jurisdiction. Under EU law, consumers are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery.

14. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not conform to the description on the Site, you are entitled to the following remedies:

  • Replacement with an identical or equivalent product at no additional cost;
  • Repair of the defective product where applicable;
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the nature and severity of the defect;
  • A store credit of equivalent value, if preferred.

15. Repair, Replacement & Refund Process

Once a valid claim is confirmed:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days of approval;
  • Replacements will be dispatched within 3–5 business days of claim approval, subject to stock availability;
  • Store credits will be issued within 2 business days and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue;
  • Return shipping labels will be provided by Zenvaroo for defective or non-conforming goods at no cost to the Customer.

16. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, or communicating with Zenvaroo. Zenvaroo is not responsible for order delays or delivery failures arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

17. Lawful Use of Website

You agree to use the Zenvaroo Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

18. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading orders or information;
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Site;
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems;
  • Reselling Zenvaroo products purchased through the Site without prior written authorization;
  • Impersonating any person or entity;
  • Uploading or transmitting any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

19. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zenvaroo Site, including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, brand names, and software, is the exclusive property of Zenvaroo Beauty and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not, without prior written permission from Zenvaroo, reproduce, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site's content for commercial purposes, or use Zenvaroo's trademarks or brand assets in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zenvaroo's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Zenvaroo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Zenvaroo's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

21. Force Majeure

Zenvaroo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, government actions, strikes, or disruptions to telecommunications or logistics infrastructure.

22. Restricted Regions

Zenvaroo does not offer products or services to individuals or entities located in regions subject to international trade sanctions, export control restrictions, or where the sale or importation of our products is prohibited by applicable law.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or territory subject to applicable trade embargoes or sanctions, including those administered by OFAC, the European Union, or the United Nations.

23. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California, USA for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

EU Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at learnmore@zenvaroo.com to seek an amicable resolution. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

24. Privacy Policy Reference

Your use of the Zenvaroo Site and any personal data you provide are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy is available at www.zenvaroo.com/policies/privacy-policy.

25. Amendments to These Terms

Zenvaroo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered customers where required by applicable law.
